張興平，華北電力大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。 研究興趣重點(diǎn)集中在清潔能源發(fā)展政策、電動(dòng)汽車充換電模式、能源-環(huán)境-經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)建模三個(gè)領(lǐng)域。目前主持國(guó)家社科基金重大項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)，省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng)，企業(yè)委托項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng)。在國(guó)際能源經(jīng)濟(jì)類重要期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文23篇。
